Private Events

Encore is an intimate cocktail bar in Cleveland’s Playhouse Square with a capacity of up to 50 guests, designed for gatherings that feel elevated, personal, and memorable. Our space is especially well suited for celebrations, birthdays, group gatherings, corporate events, and leadership receptions.

Full Buyout 

A full buyout provides exclusive use of the entire bar, including all seating, standing room, and bar service for your guests. Buyouts are structured as a minimum spend, not a rental fee. Your minimum applies directly towards food and beverage purchased during the event.

    • Customized cocktail selection (from our core menu)
    • Standard glassware and ice program

  • • Seated: up to 40 guests
    • Standing/cocktail style: up to 50 guests

  • • A $500 deposit is required to secure the date
    • Final balance due at conclusion of the event

  • • Premium spirit upgrades
    • Signature or branded cocktails
    • Passed small bites, curated snacks, or full food service through our preferred partners
    • Extended hours

  • • Seated: 16–20 guests

    • Final balance due at conclusion of the event

  • • Pre-selected cocktail menus
    • Premium spirit upgrades
    • Welcome cocktail or hosted first round
    • Passed small bites or snack boards

    Enhancements may increase the minimum spend.

Semi-Private Room/Large Groups

Our semi-private room offers a dedicated, reserved space within the bar. The room remains visually connected to the energy of the bar while providing a defined, hosted experience for your group.

*For groups of 12–15, we may also be able to reserve the lounge during non-peak hours, including 4–6 pm and often 7:30–9:30 pm while most Playhouse Square shows are underway. Please inquire below to explore availability.
